CHICORY 15 ml - LI PIGMENT VELVET - MICROPIGMENTARY PIGMENT

With more glycerin and less water in the formula, Li Pigments' Velvet range stays wetter for longer and has a thicker consistency than Aqua pigments. Not recommended for working with the electric device, this highly concentrated pigment collection is extremely popular for the manual pen Microblading technique.

The high quality glycerine base means this slow drying formula is perfect for beginners or artists who work a little slower. This formula is suitable for customers with dry skin, but works beautifully with all skin types.

The new Velvet by LI Pigments line of pigments has been developed in accordance with the latest European Union REACH regulations effective from January 4, 2022.
