A necessary pigment for a specialist to work with the SHINE line of eyebrow pigments! Used to create a warmer hue. When working with cool gray brows, a first pass of orange neutralizes the cool color and allows a second pass to use other shades from the SHINE brow pigment line. It can be used independently or as a concealer to cover semi-permanent lip makeup. It is recommended to use a few drops to create warmer shades of eyebrows and lips!
